Everyone who commits to the tree should send an email to the list
stating what they committed, and usually including the CVS log.
I've mentioned the CVS commit mailing list idea before, but no one has
taken to it.

Hello:
Are there any plans to create a CVS commit mailing list that
users/developers can optionally subscribe to? I do a little PHP development
and I find there CVS mailing list to be a great source of information as far
as what is being fixed and/or added. It would also help from the
developement standpoint IMHO so budding AbiWord developers (like myself)
have an idea of what is going into the tree.
Thank you,
Sean
