HI Dom,
There is another menulist bug in the pagesetup dialog with the
units. Open a blank page, fire up the pagesetup dialog, you see the units
as "inches" but the size of the page is in mm. If you switch to
"Landscape" the ruler tick marks are drawn in mm (now). Before this commit
Abi just hangs.
This fixes a generic problem. There was no handler for DIM_MM in the ruler
code.
