Your claims are at best wrong.
Perhaps you should, just to gain some insight,  try to write an AbiWord
dialog from scratch?

I can only speak for myself, but I'm quite confident that in this case I
also speak for every single AbiWord developer that ever created a dialog;
not one single dialog takes just "minutes".
