Style dialogue

Dom,

who is working on the style dialogue? For the sake of the BiDi 
patch I had to implement pd_Style::setProperty and 
pd_Style::setProperties and as I thought these would be needed for 
the Styles in the future, I was going to put them in without #ifdef 
BIDI_ENABLED. Any objections to this?
