Commit: Mac Port

I committed a bunch of Mac only files this evening. I'm too lazy to 
provide the list.

Changes are:
-resource building with MPW
-menubar creation now almost work. Not perfect, but enough to continue

Q: does anyone closely follow this ? (ie update and build frequently for MacOS)
