commit: unix ttf utility

I have finished the utility for generation of afm and u2g files from ttf 
fonts (no human intervention required) and placed it into 
src/tools/ttf2uafm/unix, plus added necessary makefiles. It should 
build only on Unix, and hopefully will not cause problems for 
anyone else.
