Thanks to Mitchell, Tom, and Sam, I now have a working build again.  I only 
needed a few additional changes:

Reorder includes

  wv/exporter/wvexporter.c

Propagate clean, CFLAGS to autoconf peers

  abi/src/Makefile
  abi/src/config/platforms/win32.mk

PS:  The management of realclean logic for peer modules inside 
abi/src/Makefile should probably really be done within 
abi/src/config/require/*, but I've spent too long on this already.
