Patch: background color printing on PS

Attached is a patch to do BG color printing on the GTK+/PS build. It screws 
up printing bullet lists for some reason, and I'm too sick and tired to find 
out why. Symbol fonts on their own print fine. If someone would like to take 
a look at it and fix everything, be my guest.
