Win32 binary for 0.7.13

   I've installed and played with the 0.7.13 binary for Win32 from the web
site, and I can confirm the checksum.

   The version number displayed in the About dialog is "unnumbered",
however.  Do we really want to ship a "release" without allowing the user
to identify what version it is?
