0.7.13 release notes

   Two comments concerning the release notes (my apologies for taking this
long to send them):
   
   1. There's a typo in the Win32 section (heroics --> heroics).  Or is
this intentionally done to highlight our spell checking capabilities? :P
   2. I'd like to humbly request that I be considered a "Code
Nazi". :)  (Cleaning all the warnings from the Win32 build should qualify
me for that, no? :P)
