non-latin1 fonts (Unix)

I thought that in order to simplify setting up AW for people using 
non-latin1 locales, we could create sets of fonts for various locales 
(at least for those used by people on the dev list) and place them 
on the downloads page. All that is needed is a locale specific 
tarball that could be extracted into $HOME/fonts directory, creating 
the locale subdirectory with a set of fonts and the fonts.dir and 
fonts.scale files.
