Styles Dialog

Martin,

Attached is what I have done of the Styles dialog.  Right now I only
have the layout of the dialog itself done, without any functionality and
without the New/Modify additional windows.  I will be working on all of
this (with any help anyone wants to provide), over the coming week or
so.
