PATCH: Fix margin box width

The attached patch fixes the black boxed around the margin tabs at the top of 
the top ruler to be centered and properly contain their 3D bevels 
(previously, there was a gap to the left and bottom.

It also makes the margin triangle tabs more symmetrical.
