Changes to the default styles

Attached you'll find a patch for some changes to the default styles in AbiWord.
They're based on the styles for the KOMA-Script LaTeX package, which are
themselves based on advice by typographer Jan Tschichold. I think they are an
improvement. If you agree, commit it; if not, let's talk.
