New Win bug?

Perhaps it is just my outdate CVS build, at least I hope it is.

Could anybody with a Windows build please verify that after opening more
than 10 windows and then selecting Windows->More Windows that instead of
opening the "More Windows" Dialog you get a "Print to File" Dialog?

Let me know if it is just my system or a bug I should be tracking down.
