   I'm pretty much gonna "me too" Joaquin and Thomas' comments, but yes, I
object.  More often than not, when I'm opening a document, I *don't* go to
where I was last working in the document, I go to the table of contents
(which is, conveniently enough, usually located very near the top of the
document).
