Commit: RTF cleanup

As to help debugging and fixing bugs in RTF import, I have commit these 
changes
 

 -Indentation clean up
 -handle \ansi , \pc and \pca keyword for charset. Parse \mac
 -now, in TranslateKeyword(), if a keyword is handled return from
function . Otherwise a DEBUG message tells about unhandked keyword
