You have done some great work in getting the feature implimented  -
congrats!

To add on to the list of suggestions, I am wondering about the need for a
separate Insert Page Number dialog.  Now that you can edit headers/footer
directly and insert a field for page number, I suggest that the dialog is
not needed.
