If you don't mind, I'm going to #if 0 some of this work until after the 
release and instead paint a white background instead, unless a few bugs get 
corrected quickly:

1) Excessive redraws. Typing causes words to flash and flicker a lot
2) I can get most/all of a line to disappear sometimes. This is bad.
3) The whole printing thing

For #3, we can just m_pG->queryProperties(DGP_SCREEN); and only draw this to 
the screen and not to paper. Easy enough.
