A new release is planned for _very_ soon (the tree will probably close on 
the 29th so we can release files by like the 3rd or 4th).

No new strings will be added from here on out. Please update your 
translations if at all possible.

Also, please note that missing translations now default back to the en-US 
translation if your entry is missing (instead of TODO).
