Tom's being too modest. We've historically been a bit lax about this kind
of communication, which makes it difficult for new developers on a specific
platform to know where they should focus their efforts.

In an attempt to do a better job of communicating what's needed, Tom has
started maintaining a Windows-specific developer page here:

  http://www.abisource.com/~tom/

Likewise, Thomas Fletcher has a QNX-specific page here:

  http://staff.qnx.com/~thomasf/abiword/

For a lower-tech version of a similar idea, Tomas Frydrych maintains a text
file with notes on the status of his bidi efforts in the source tree:

  abi/BiDiReadme.txt

Thanks for offering to do something similar for the Be port. It should be
tremendously useful.

Paul,
