Matrix stylesheet patch

This attached diff has some minor changes to the status matrix style sheet and
the HTML files generated from this.

Now all rows and columns have a 'Total' cell which shows in percentages how many
of the features in the current row/column is completely done/working (i.e., has
a value of 'yes').
