Pspell's author, Kevin Atkinson, would like Pspell to work on windows, mac,
etc... but he has been running into some problems with libtool, IIRC.
As of now, Joaquin and SamTH have made the ispell build compile (and even
almost work, sorta...). I suggest CVS updating and trying again.
