Fields

This is a question related to fields implementation: I'm trying to import 
them from RTF. It works well (at least for page numbers).

Are all field type referenced into pf_Frag_Object.cpp implemented ? Because 
I have a field of type "file_name" (or fd_Field::FD_FileName) that does not 
get displayed, but get saved... 

Otherwise I may fill some bug report.
