AbiWord Personal removed from existance. AbiWord is now just
AbiWord. I've gotten tired of waiting for SourceGear to do something
about the trademark issue, so I've done something. Any more reference
to AbiWord Personal that are found in the code should be considered
bugs.
Remaining trademark issues:
- The web page. I'm not going to change this till I hear from
sourcegear.
- The artwork. AbiSource_TM_Artwork, a CVS module, contains the
trademarked artwork. But we should decide what artwork we want
ourselves. Maybe if we ask tigert :-)
I didn't really change this many files, but Aaron's fun ed script
touches everything.
