bogosity in ut_units.cpp

double UT_convertInchesToDimension(double inches, UT_Dimension dim)
const char * UT_convertInchesToDimensionString(UT_Dimension dim, double
                        valueInInches, const char * szPrecision)

This really sucks, especially since C compilers will cast between double
inches and UT_Dimension.  Shall I fix this to be consistent?
