Please update your cvs tree,
AP_MENU_ID_FILE_SAVEASWEB and AP_MENU_ID_FILE_WEBPREVIEW should have changed to:
AP_MENU_ID_WEB_SAVEASWEB and AP_MENU_ID_WEB_WEBPREVIEW
