static/dynamic compile help

Hi!

Im trying to compile abisuite-0.7.14, tho it only wants to compile it
statically even tho I set the flags
UNIX_CAN_BUILD_STATIC=0 UNIX_CAN_BUILD_DYNAMIC=1 during the make install
step.

What should I do?

BTW. Keep up the excelent work.
