Unix 0.7.14 binary packages fault

The Unix binary packages do not seem to contain the font utilities 
pfa2afm, ttftool and ttfadmin.sh that should be installed in the 
AbiSuite/bin. I thought I have modified all the necessary makefiles, 
but obviously not; could someone tell me what needs to be done?
