Tables

Not that I'm willing to push table support. I'm not. But I must
say that I have found that Ted supports RTF tables pretty well. 
(in fact RTF is its native file format)

So for those who wish to get some little inspiration to do a
*polished* table support for a future release, you may have
a look at Ted.
