This is a feature some people on the User list asked for, and is present in
most other WPs. It's also trivail to implement. All it does is paste
UNFORMATTED text back into abi.
PLATFORM MAINTAINERS:
You'll need to update your paste() method in ap_XXXApp to handle another
boolean - bHonorFormatting. If honor formatting, paste RTF, else Paste Text.
