en-GB missing strings

I ran dumpstrings and noticed two things:

en-GB is between uk-UA and zh-TW. Is there a list of languages where it's out
of order?

en-GB is missing a lot of strings that are in en-US. How can that be, since the
file is just a copy with a few words changed?
