wv: cleanups, API deprecations, BiDi support internally Abi: MsWord importer does BiDi now. Needs a bit more testing from someone with sample docs, MsWord, and a CVS cut of Abi (2 LOC might need to be changed to properly handle Bidi, but I'm not quite sure how Word handles it) Dom
