german translation (31 files)

Hello,

the german translations are now up to 31 files

The following files remain in the English language:

faq.html
new.html
And I don't know how to translate the 
search.html

Only three files are to be translated
freebsd_intel.htm
paragraph.html
format.htm

And then the files are open for corrections :)
