CVS and bugzilla are toast

When I try to commit www.abisource.com stuff:

 Sorry, you don't have read/write access to the history file /webcvs/CVSROOT/history
 Read-only file system


When I try to make a new bug in bugzilla:

 Content-type: text/html 

 Software error:

 Can't create data/versioncache.3192 at globals.pl line 477. 

 For help, please send mail to the webmaster
 ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), giving this error message and the time and
 date of the error.
