Pardon me, it's broken record time. People don't about features. They want to not lose data.

Subject: Abiword autosave function ?
Hi there ! Since we have experienced some crashes at which we have lost important data (whilst writing documents), I'd like to know where Abiword saves the temporary data during the writing of the document. I've tried to use lsof and looked in /tmp and /var, but can't seem to find any temporary files produced by Abiword. Please write back soon and tell me where to find the data if it's possible. I suggest you implement an autosave feature, so that data won't be lost, if you have the time for it. Otherwise thank you all for a terrific product I keep endorsing everywhere !
