about the left ruler

I verify that the left ruler stays locked with the page that holds the cursor.

If you paged up and down with the PgUp and PgDn, you notice the difference with paging 
up and down with the arrow keys.

It's a little confusing, but not at all inappropriate, since the cursor *is* on the 
first page (if you just scrolled down with PgDn).
