You'll have to update the following files:
abi/src/pkg/win/setup/abisuite.ask
abi/src/wp/ap/xp/ap_Menu_LabelSet_Languages.h
abi/src/wp/ap/xp/ap_TB_LabelSet_Languages.h
and localize 'abi/src/wp/ap/xp/ap_TB_LabelSet_en-*.h' and
'abi/src/wp/ap/xp/ap_Menu_LabelSet_en-IE.h'.
