Why we can't use ASpell

I just had a look at ASpell, thinking of making it compile using MSVC.

No matter what compiler we use we can't use ASpell:
- It uses templates, we don't allow templates.
- It uses exceptions, we don't allow exceptions.

Since both of these two are show-stoppers by themselves it's no point in
going on.
