There are a lot of issues which need to be done for endnotes. Here are
some of them; feel free to contribute more.
- reproduce & zap an intermittent fl_BlockLayout->getType()
assert when inserting text after an endnote ref
- endnote deletion
- draw a line separating endnote section from main doc
- formats for endnotes: [1] vs [Lam00]
- superscripting endnote references in some formats
- rethink field model - is it bogus?
- do insertion into correct place in endnote section, rather
than last place.
- give UI for returning to main document after endnote insertion
