New Bug: Save As

Hi,

I think that one of Andrew's recent commits caused this bug, but I haven't had
time to check it out.

Basically, we have an 'export' feature for Save AS. It doesn't affect the
current document's type. So here's how to reproduce:

Type some stuff
Save as AbiWord
Web->Preview
Type some more
Hit save

Damn... it's saved as HTML now and not ABW.

Can someone take a look at this ASAP?
