Ispell Modifications, final clarification

Is is safe to assume that it is OK to take your modified Ispell code make
an Pspell module out of it and release it under the same terms of Ispell
itself minus the advertisement clause?

If so I will give the go ahead for the OpenOffice team to start work on
making a Pspell module out of it.  This will probably also help Mozilla
out other projects as they won't have to maintain separate code to use
Ispell and Pspell.
