yes, but usually we provide a:
"This dialog is not yet implemented. If you're a
programmer bla bla bla..."
dialog box.
The plugins menubar does nothing, nada, rien du tout.
Btw, one of these bugs is serious enough (the crash
related to the "web preview" one).
