commit -- fix #1618 & new UT_Set & UT_RBTree classes

There are still some things to do in UT_Set:

* UT_Set it's really a multi set, so I should change
it to be a real set.
* doc should be written
* bigger tests should be done
* profile the class

But so far it seems to work right.
