Fix various issues regarding section breaks. Undoing continuous section
breaks works better. Fix issues to do with copying char * strings from
unallocated memory in the XP code in styles. Fix assert on deleting a
header/footer.
Next I'll fix column breaks. These should be honoured by RTF. Also a
column break != Page break for single column section.
