Commit: HTML exporter work

This takes care of a lot of complaints on news.gnome.org

1) All lines now terminated with \r\n for MSIE compatibility
2) HTML 4.0 compatibility mode added
3) Extraneous advertizing removed from HTML and ABW exporters
