We've gone over this several times, lets not make a flame war out of it
and please dont anyone get condescending about "Open Source". I think
it was Mike Nordell i discussed it with last time, and i think Eric Sink
had some things to say about it on previous occassions.
Abiword always has been Open Source but that does not mean that it is
not also Free Software (which it is) and im fairly sure we all respect
Gnu Free Software, some more deeply than others, but Abiword is Open
Source.

I patched abiword to add a "Gnu Free Software" item to the About menu,
if it worked it should be included in the nightly builds.
To an ordinary user Open Source is less ambiguous than Free Software, so
i always make an effort to point out the distinction that it is GNU and
its about Freedom. Feel free to replace all the instances of Linux with
"Gnu/Linux", feel free to add references to Gnu and Free Software, but
please dont remove the references to Open Source.
