Blame me on this one. I need a lot more practice in making the
distribution. After much review of the make system, it appears that I
made the distribution without first doing a make realclean. This ended up
reusing the debug libraries previously built in expat and psiconv.
Sorry for the trouble that I have caused. I thought I was helping.
