I use the command line version. From a command prompt you must run MSVC
vcvars32.bat to set the appropriate paths. Then enter cygwin. Change
directories to abi and type make.
If you use the MSVC6 (Note the capitals - try cvs co MSVC6) follow the
readme.txt instructions.
