1) I've made my proposed change to UT_iconv which should handle the const_cast
properly on all compilers and iconv implementations. Should be fixed now, but if
this breaks for anyone, please tell me

2) Added UT_Exception base-class for all of our private exceptions to inherit
from and UT_RETHROW call

3) Some really minor KWord exporter clean-ups (protected/private, copyright
infor, ...)
